ClearStar is a leader in the human capital management profession with background and drug screening solutions, which provides critical data on applicants across many industries and businesses around the globe.
As of the 4th September, Clearstar has been granted permission to simplify the shareholding structure of the company by combining its previously restricted shares with its unrestricted shares in order to achieve a single ordinary share price. This change is due to be take effect from the 8th September.
Town Centre Securities (TOWN)
TCS is a leading UK property investment and development company with an outstanding long-term record of delivering total shareholder return and currently boasts assets of c. £375 million. Despite offering an attractive dividend yield of 3.7% (historic), the shares have also performed well, rising by 66% in the last 5 years.
The company prides itself on 50 years’ experience, a commitment to sustainable development and a reputation for quality and innovation. TCS focuses on creating outstanding mixed use developments close to transport hubs in Leeds, London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Group Finance Director, Mark Dilley will present their full year results and outlook.
Mattioli Woods (MTW)
Mattioli Woods provides Wealth Management and Employee Benefits and has enjoyed remarkable success since its creation in 1991, proving that putting their own clients’ interests first can also mean good returns for shareholders. Its shares were listed on AIM in 2005 and have risen by 320% in the last 5 years.
Results for the year to end May have just been released and show progress across the board: revenues +17% to £50.4m, EPS +19% to 24.8p, total dividend +13% to 14.1p. Client assets now total £7.8bn, up 17%.
Simon Gibson, CIO, will present these results and outlook, comment on markets, and then take a Q&A session with the audience.
