IPSX is a new regulated stock exchange dedicated to Real Estate securities and it expects to launch its first IPO this autumn (www.ipsx.com). The exchange will enable all investors (private and institutional) to buy and trade the shares of companies owning institutional grade commercial real estate.
Commercial real estate is one of the UK’s largest asset classes and in this Webinar panellists will set out and explain the two markets that IPSX will operate and how they will work. They will also discuss the importance of yield, liquidity, transparency and of independent valuation of real assets for investors.
A recent research report explains the IPSX proposition, along with its benefits for both investors and property owners. Click here for the note.
